Cane Creek Reservoir
Put In - Located 8 miles west of Carrboro on Highway 54. The Cane Creek entrance is on the right(north) side of NC 54 just west of Stanford Road.

Trip Directions - I stopped at the reservoir on the way back from the Haw paddle and ate lunch. Very nice park and lake. They do charge $7.00 Orange county, $11.50 non-Orange county to launch. Kinda pricey but the lake does look very nice to paddle. They also require your boat to be inspected before launch for aquatic weeds. Boat trailers are not allowed.
