Put In - Located at the Upper Barton Creek boat ramp on Six Forks Road. Put in on the right side of the boat ramps.
Distance/Time - 5.2 miles/3 hours
Difficulty - Difficult because of a night paddle
Trip Directions - This was a full moon trip so was on the lake about 7PM to wait for moon rise at 9pm. Head left or east towards Blue Jay Point. Fourth time as a night paddle. Paddled to the old Six Forks Road and hiked up to an old cemetery.
Scenery - Osprey nest near Blue Jay Point was active.
Hazards - Motor boats everywhere, be careful.
