Put In - Lake is low
Put In - Located at the Highway 50 Boat Ramp on Creedmoor Road. Put in on the upper right side of the boat ramps. A nice peninsula allows for a nice put in near a lone pine tree. Parking is near this peninsula.
Distance/Time - 8 miles/4 hours
Difficulty - Average, can be windy through this area
Trip Directions - Head straight out from the put in and go under the Highway 50 bridge towards Rolling View marina. Lick Creek starts right after the marina.
Scenery - Loads of boats. A nice island is on the way out and back, would be nice to explore. A very windy day, so not much wildlife at all. Three Eagle Nests, however. Found a nice trail on an old road up to a gravel road. Also, found an abandoned shack and truck.
Hazards - Motor boats everywhere, be careful.
